2. Independent Platform and No Official Affiliation
Ribblu is an independent educational platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ribblu is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with CBSE, JEE, NEET, IMO, any examination authority, educational board, school, coaching institution or other organisation whose name may appear on the website or in an uploaded document.
Names, logos, examination names, school names and trademarks appearing on Ribblu belong to their respective owners and may be used for identification and informational purposes.
The presence of a paper, school or examination on Ribblu does not imply any endorsement, partnership or official relationship.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
Some parts of Ribblu may be accessed without creating an account, while certain activities, including additional downloads, uploading papers, submitting reviews or other features, may require registration.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account. You must not allow another person to use your account for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should use account-based features with the involvement or consent of a parent or lawful guardian wherever required under applicable law. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise the use of Ribblu by minors.
Ribblu may impose reasonable limits on downloads, uploads or other website functions to prevent misuse and maintain the availability of the service.
4. Educational Papers and Downloads
Educational papers available on Ribblu may include question papers, previous-year papers, sample papers, practice papers, mock tests, worksheets, revision material, notes, formula sheets, question banks, test papers and similar educational resources.
Some documents may have been uploaded by Ribblu users, students, teachers, parents, schools or other contributors.
Ribblu does not guarantee that every document:
- is an official document issued by the relevant examination authority;
- is complete or free from errors;
- has been correctly categorised;
- corresponds to the latest syllabus or examination pattern;
- contains correct answers or solutions; or
- is suitable for any particular examination or academic purpose.
Users should independently verify important examination information with the relevant official authority.
Unless a different licence or permission applies to a particular document, papers downloaded from Ribblu are intended for personal, educational and non-commercial use.
You must not use Ribblu to systematically copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, commercially redistribute or create another downloadable repository from materials obtained from the website without the necessary rights or permission.
5. Uploading Educational Papers
Registered users may be permitted to upload educational papers and other permitted educational material to Ribblu.
By uploading a document, you represent and warrant that:
You must not upload an entire book, commercial publication, paid study material, coaching-institute material, copyrighted question bank, proprietary test series or other protected work unless you have permission, ownership rights or another lawful basis to make that material available through Ribblu.
- you own the material, have permission to upload it, or otherwise have a lawful basis to make it available;
- the upload does not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of another person;
- the document is genuine and is not intentionally presented with false or misleading information;
- the title, class, subject, examination, year, category and other information provided by you are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- the document does not contain malware, malicious code or any mechanism intended to damage or interfere with another computer or device;
- the document does not contain unlawful, obscene, abusive, defamatory or otherwise prohibited material; and
- you have taken reasonable care not to disclose unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information, particularly information relating to minors.
Users should avoid uploading duplicate, incomplete, corrupted, illegible or deliberately misleading documents.
Ribblu may reject, approve, categorise, recategorise, temporarily disable or remove an uploaded document where reasonably necessary for quality control, legal compliance, security or operation of the platform.
6. Ownership and Licence for Uploaded Content
You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in content that you upload to Ribblu.
Uploading material to Ribblu does not automatically transfer ownership of that material to Ribblu.
However, by uploading content, you grant Ribblu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, index, organise, format, technically process and make that content available for viewing or downloading through Ribblu for the purpose of operating, maintaining, promoting and improving the educational platform.
This licence includes permission to make reasonable technical modifications such as generating previews, thumbnails, converting file formats, compressing files, adding file identifiers, attribution or watermarks, and organising the material into appropriate educational categories, provided such processing does not intentionally misrepresent the substance of the document.
Where an uploader's username or chosen public display name is associated with an upload, Ribblu may display that name as attribution.
If uploaded content is later removed, copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs or records maintained for security, legal or operational purposes. Documents previously downloaded by other users may also remain in their possession, which Ribblu may not be able to retrieve or delete.
7. User-Generated Content
Educational uploads, school ratings, school reviews and other information submitted by users are collectively referred to as "User Content".
You are responsible for the User Content that you submit.
You must not submit User Content that:
- infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights;
- is defamatory, threatening, harassing or unlawfully discriminatory;
- is obscene, sexually explicit or harmful to children;
- promotes hatred, violence or unlawful activities;
- invades another person's privacy;
- contains another person's private or sensitive personal information without lawful authority;
- impersonates another person or falsely represents an affiliation;
- deliberately spreads materially false or misleading information;
- contains manipulated or artificially generated material presented as authentic where doing so is likely to deceive or cause harm;
- contains viruses, malicious software or harmful code;
- constitutes spam, unauthorised advertising or commercial solicitation;
- violates applicable law; or
- is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
Ribblu may remove or restrict access to User Content where it violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of another person or reasonable platform-safety requirements.
8. School Information
Ribblu provides information about CBSE schools to help users research and compare educational institutions.
School information may be obtained from publicly available sources, school websites, government or educational sources, users, school representatives or other information available to Ribblu.
Although we endeavour to keep information useful and accurate, school information can change.
Ribblu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or current status of information including fees, admission criteria, facilities, affiliations, contact details, academic results, rankings or other school information.
Parents and students should independently confirm important information directly with the relevant school or competent authority before making admission, financial or other decisions.
A school's inclusion on Ribblu does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Ribblu.
9. School Ratings and Reviews
Ribblu allows users to share opinions and experiences relating to schools.
School reviews represent the views of the individual users who submit them. They do not represent the views of Ribblu.
When submitting a school review, you agree that:
- your review will reflect a genuine experience, opinion or reasonable first-hand knowledge;
- you will not submit fake or deliberately misleading reviews;
- you will not manipulate ratings or organise coordinated rating activity;
- you will not post reviews in exchange for undisclosed payment or other improper consideration;
- you will not impersonate another parent, student, teacher, school employee or other person;
- you will not make threats or engage in personal harassment;
- you will not knowingly publish false statements presented as facts;
- you will not disclose private or sensitive information about students, particularly minors;
- you will avoid unnecessary disclosure of personal information about teachers, employees, parents or other individuals; and
- you will comply with applicable law.
If you are an owner, employee, representative or person professionally associated with a school when reviewing that school or another school, you should not misrepresent your relationship or pretend to be an independent parent or student.
Negative reviews are permitted when they represent genuine opinions or experiences and otherwise comply with these Terms.
Ribblu may moderate reviews and may reject, hide, redact or remove reviews containing spam, personal information, abuse, unlawful material, manipulation or other violations. Ribblu may make limited formatting or redaction changes where necessary but will not intentionally change the meaning of a review.
Ribblu does not guarantee that every review has been independently verified unless a review is specifically identified as verified.
Schools or other affected persons may report a review they believe violates these Terms or applicable law through Ribblu's reporting or grievance mechanism.
10. Prohibited Use of Ribblu
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Ribblu, another account, server or database;
- interfere with the proper operation or security of the website;
- attempt to bypass download limits, access controls or security measures;
- use automated systems to scrape or mass-download content without permission;
- create accounts or use automated methods to manipulate downloads, ratings or reviews;
- upload malware or malicious files;
- use Ribblu for fraud, impersonation or unlawful activity;
- harvest users' personal information;
- spam, advertise or solicit users through website functions not intended for that purpose;
- falsely claim that Ribblu content or services are officially endorsed by an examination authority or school; or
- use Ribblu in violation of applicable law.
Violation of these restrictions may result in content removal, suspension or termination of access and, where required by applicable law, reporting to appropriate authorities.
11. Moderation and Removal of Content
Ribblu is not required to endorse or approve User Content merely because it has been submitted.
We reserve the right to review, reject, restrict, remove or disable access to content where reasonably necessary, including where:
- it violates these Terms;
- a valid copyright or intellectual-property complaint is received;
- it contains personal or confidential information;
- it is fraudulent, misleading, abusive or spam;
- it creates security or technical risks;
- it is substantially duplicated;
- it is irrelevant to Ribblu's educational purpose;
- removal is required by law, a court or competent authority; or
- removal is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
Moderation does not mean that Ribblu has independently verified all content appearing on the website.
12. Copyright, User-Uploaded Papers and Infringement Reports
Ribblu respects the intellectual-property rights of authors, publishers, examination bodies, educational institutions and other rights holders.
A substantial portion of the educational material available on Ribblu may be submitted by users or other third-party contributors. Ribblu does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it is uploaded, stored or made available through the platform.
Users who upload material to Ribblu are responsible for ensuring that they have the right, permission or other lawful basis to upload and share that material.
Material That May Inadvertently Infringe Copyright
Ribblu may conduct reasonable moderation and quality checks on uploaded documents. However, due to the nature and volume of user-generated educational content, Ribblu may not be able to independently determine the copyright ownership, licensing status or provenance of every page or document submitted by a user.
Accordingly, the publication of a user-uploaded document on Ribblu does not mean that Ribblu has verified, authorised or endorsed the uploader's copyright claim or confirmed that the document is free from third-party intellectual-property rights.
Ribblu does not knowingly encourage or permit users to upload material in violation of copyright law.
If copyrighted or otherwise protected material is uploaded by a user without the necessary permission and Ribblu is not aware of the infringement at the time of publication, rights holders and other affected persons are requested to report the material so that it can be reviewed promptly.
Reporting a PDF
Every applicable paper/document page on Ribblu provides a "Report this PDF" or similar reporting option.
If you are a copyright owner, authorised representative, publisher, educational institution, examination authority or other affected person and believe that a document available on Ribblu infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may:
- use the "Report this PDF" option available on the relevant document page; or
- contact Ribblu at support@ribblu.com.
Where possible, an infringement report should include:
- identification of the copyrighted or protected work;
- the Ribblu URL or sufficient information to identify the disputed PDF;
- the complainant's name and contact details;
- an explanation of the complainant's rights in the material or authority to act for the rights holder;
- a brief explanation of why the material is believed to be infringing; and
- any supporting information reasonably necessary for Ribblu to assess the complaint.
Action on Reported Material
Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed and credible infringement report, Ribblu may investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily restrict access to, disable, or remove the disputed material while the complaint is reviewed.
Ribblu may contact the uploader or complainant for additional information where appropriate.
Where Ribblu determines, or is required under applicable law or by a competent authority to determine, that material should no longer remain available, Ribblu may remove or disable access to that material.
Removal or restriction of a document does not constitute an admission by Ribblu that infringement occurred.
Similarly, the continued availability of a document while a complaint is being assessed should not be interpreted as Ribblu asserting ownership of, or endorsing any copyright claim relating to, that document.
Responsibility of Uploaders
The person who uploads a document remains responsible for the material submitted by them and for any representations made regarding their right to upload it.
Ribblu reserves the right to suspend or permanently withdraw uploading privileges from users who repeatedly upload infringing material or deliberately disregard copyright complaints or these Terms.
Third-Party Content and Ribblu's Role
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ribblu should not be treated as having adopted, authored or endorsed third-party material merely because such material has been uploaded to or technically hosted on the platform by a user.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any responsibility that Ribblu is required to assume under applicable law. Ribblu will endeavour to comply with applicable intermediary due-diligence, grievance-redressal and lawful content-removal obligations.
13. Ribblu's Intellectual Property
The Ribblu website, including its original software, website design, databases, branding, logos, interface, graphics and original content created by Ribblu, is owned by or licensed to Ribblu and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This does not mean Ribblu claims ownership of third-party educational papers or User Content merely because those materials are hosted on the website.
You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit Ribblu's proprietary website elements without permission except as permitted by law.
14. Third-Party Websites and Resources
Ribblu may occasionally provide links to third-party websites or official educational resources for user convenience.
Ribblu does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security or services.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
15. Website Availability and Security
We endeavour to keep Ribblu available, secure and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The website or particular documents may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, legal requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Although Ribblu may use technical measures to protect the website and uploaded files, users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate security precautions when downloading files or accessing third-party content.
16. Disclaimer
Ribblu is provided primarily as an educational and informational resource.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
Ribblu does not warrant that every document, answer, solution, school review, rating, school profile or other piece of information is accurate, complete, authentic, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for independently verifying information where accuracy is important.
Nothing on Ribblu should be treated as an official announcement from CBSE, an examination authority, a school or another organisation unless clearly identified and linked to an official source.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ribblu, Chinar Softech and their owners, employees, representatives and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Ribblu or User Content.
This includes loss resulting from inaccurate educational material, incorrect answers, outdated syllabus information, school information, user reviews, interrupted access, third-party content or unauthorised use of an account.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ribblu and Chinar Softech from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising directly from:
- User Content submitted by you;
- your infringement of another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- unlawful use of the website;
- manipulation or misuse of Ribblu's systems; or
- a material breach of these Terms.
19. Suspension and Termination
Ribblu may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account or particular website functionality where a user seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms, applicable law, platform security requirements or the rights of others.
Where appropriate, Ribblu may remove offending content without terminating the entire account.
Certain records may be preserved after suspension or termination where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.
20. Privacy
Use of Ribblu is also subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.
Users should read the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in uploaded papers or public school reviews.
21. Complaints and Grievance Redressal
Users, rights holders, schools and other affected persons may report content or raise complaints through Ribblu's Contact Us, reporting or grievance mechanism, or by emailing:
Complaints should contain sufficient information for us to identify the relevant content, account, paper, review or issue.
Ribblu will process complaints and grievances in accordance with applicable Indian law and within legally applicable timelines.
Where required by law, Ribblu will prominently publish the name and contact details of its designated Grievance Officer and the mechanism for submitting grievances.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a person from exercising any legal right available under applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
Ribblu may update these Terms when our services, legal requirements or operating practices change.
When we make changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided.
Your continued use of Ribblu after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

24. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Failure by Ribblu to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms, together with Ribblu's Privacy Policy and any specific rules clearly displayed for particular website features, constitute the agreement governing use of Ribblu.
