    The Champs - Sector 28

I had been looking for a play school for my 2.5yrs old daughter. Then I came across “The Champ” in Sector-28 faridabad. Regarding the admission, I had a discussion with the principal Miss Komal and everything seemed fine to me. Place is clean and tidy. Principal is soft spoken. We were assured that our kid will feel like home as there are teachers(caretakers) who will properly take care of the child.

Initially our daughter was very excited about going to school and making new friends. Everyday She used to be like- mumma I want to go and meet my friends.
For few days, it went smooth and We felt like our daughter is in good hands. Then after some days we started feeling some changes in our daughter’s behaviour. Most of the times we felt like she is disturbed/irritated. Everytime we used to ask her about school.. she was like mumma school nahi jana.. school nahi jana. Even she repeated it while sleeping.

And she started saying friends pittu krte hain(friends are hitting me). For few days, we ignored it and assumed that may be she is trying to adjust in new environment. Then one day we discussed this at home and decided that I will accompany her to the school. So my daughter was in class and I was sitting nearby school CCTV.
To my surprise, i saw a boy came and slapped my daughter twice and pulled her bag and tried to open it. I was shocked and could feel it. I wanted to record it but then i ignored it cause that was just another kid. After sometime the boy came again and hit my daughter. I got angry and tried to reach out to the caretaker but she was busy with the kids. I sat there and started my camera recording. To my surprise what I saw was, my daughter was standing beside the wall and the boy came and hit her with ball and when my daughter tried to move away from him, he hit her again on her back. I recorded this and then called the principal that this is happening with my daughter and what you guys are doing? She said we have only 1 caretaker over 12 kids. We can’t keep an eye on every kid. I showed her the video and she said - it’s just another kid hitting, what’s the big deal in that. I was shocked to see her reply in that way. Our daughter is not doing well, she is afraid of going to school because of their negligence and she is saying what is the big deal in that.

The infrastructure is enough and the environment is also very much peaceful which adds flying colours in the future of students to groom their intrinsic talent and make them succesful in their life.
